LEGAL REPRESENTATION:
Ace has extensive experience in Airline representation both in the legal and operational aspects. With our offices at your disposal for all your legal and administrative needs. From local supplier billing to contracts, permits & licenses ACE provides you presence in Mexico.

FLIGHT SUPERVISION:
Permits and slots are managed on your behalf, while our extensive network of operations centers within the major airports provide you with the appropriate, professional multi-lingual staff to consolidate your local presence while reducing costs. Providing supervision at the following levels:

Check in/Departure:

Ace supervisor/Representatives are at the ticket counter and gates to reinforce the airline’s presence, ensure that policies and procedures are strictly followed, and maintain the high standards you demand.

Airport-wide (GSC):

As required by the FAA, ACE Flight Supervision provides Ground Security Coordinators (G.S.C.) ensuring that safety and regulatory aspects are enforced at the ticket counter, security screening and the ramp areas surrounding the aircraft. Our G.S.C.’s are fully trained, certified, knowledgeable, and without a doubt the best suited and qualified to protect the interests of the passengers and the Airline.

Ramp:

Our Ramp supervisors ensure that ground personnel are equipped, prepared and sufficient to perform the services they are contracted for (always difficult at remote locations). Co-ordinating, and guaranteeing that Fuel, Ground-handling, catering, maintenance and all scheduled/non-scheduled block time services are completed not only satisfactorily, but with safety and swiftness.


Operations:

With 24-hour service, and offices located within the airports, easily accessible to passengers, crew and tour operators; our resources are fully at your disposal, providing in effect, a full presence at each station. Complete with SITA, Telephone, Fax E-mail, instant messaging, flight tracking, flight information updates or emergency response as required.

 

Baggage Tracking:

As an integral part of our operations we offer our timely and efficient baggage tracking, lost and found department, and delivery service. Ace recognizes the importance of baggage handling, always a sore area with the passenger, and is adamant about follow up, communication and swift delivery. Keeping passenger grievances to a minimum.

 

Delay management:

As a full-scale representative, delay procedures are strictly followed in accordance to carrier policies. Ace provides immediate credit with restaurants, ground transportation and Hotels as the circumstances may require. Most importantly ACE ensures that passenger concerns are properly addressed, maintaining a professional organised and communicative image for the Airline. Ace supervisors are consistently ahead of the game in order to notify Tour representatives of delays in advance to ensure group pick-ups are also delayed. This has been extremely effective at reducing the costs generated by delayed arrivals.
